Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Because this service creates lasting teaching moments, there are no refunds.

Belfry Hockey Summer 2024 Camp

No refunds will be provided after registration for a party's inability or refusal to participate in the camp but insurance is available as part of registration to protect fees with registration insurance, covering injuries, job loss and more (subject to insurance policy requirements).

EDP Spring Exposure Camp 2024

Elite Prospects Premium Subs.

This is a yearly subscription for a hockey season. The subscription may be cancelled and you can use it for the time you've already paid (through the end of the season). You will not be charged for future years but there are no refunds for the season that was purchased.

Morning Supplemental Skating

No refunds.

Small group lesson at S&P

There are no refunds unless the lesson is cancelled by EDP. If the lesson is cancelled by EDP then there will be a full refund.

USA Hockey Intelligym License

All money for the USA Hockey Intelligym is paid directly to USA Hockey/Intelligym. The terms of that registration will govern any refund requests.
