What?

The U15/14 Camp theme is Advanced Checking and Angling Tactics and Playing in Transition to create offense. These techniques are vital to advanced level play, earning the trust of coaches and teammates, and getting the attention of scouts.

The U12 and U10 Camp theme is Advanced Puck Protection and Offensive Skills. Using progressive instruction on skating and playing techniques to broaden each player’s skill base and ability to impact the game.

All camps will focus on skating, edges, turns, advanced stick handling, passing & receiving the puck, and shooting.

Goaltending instruction at U15/14 will primarily focus on puckhandling - a real separator and often overlooked set of skills. At U12 and U10 puckhandling techniques will be worked on, with an emphasis on movement patterns, goalie edgework skating and save selection.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I register my player in the age bracket they just completed or what they will be in 2023-24?

This camp is designed to get the players kick-started down the path to be ready for NEXT season, so all players should registered in their birth year for the age bracket they will be playing in the 2023-24 season. (The curriculum for the U14/15 age group is designed expressly with U16 play in mind to introduce the kids to playing the way that will give them a leg up in high school, while U10/12 curriculum is set to lay the base for those players so they are ready for that instruction when they are teenagers.)
